Shipping, Terms + Conditions


All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 - 2 business days for a flat rate of $10 for Express Shipping, via Australia Post.  Any Australian orders over $150 will be shipped free.  Flat rate shipping applies to all products under 3kg.  Additional charges may be applicable for bulky items and we will contact you accordingly.

For international orders, delivery is between 5 to 10 business days and sent via air mail.  Costs for international orders will vary depending on your location, and we will provide a quote.  All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

If your package does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us and we will provide you with a Tracking Number.  It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.  When inaccurate or incomplete delivery information is provided, re-delivery costs are at your expense.

Please note, some products are only available for delivery within Australia due to their size and/or fragile composition.

Returns Policy

We make every effort to ensure all items shipped to you are in perfect condition.  However, if you receive any products that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days from delivery to arrange a replacement (or refund or credit note where a replacement cannot be provided). 

Likewise, if your selection is not what you expected, the right colour or size, simply let us know within 7 days from delivery and we will arrange an exchange, refund or credit note once the item is returned (in original condition, with all tags intact).  For all exchanges, please provide a return pre-paid satchel.  Alternatively, we can provide one for $10.  There are no returns or exchange on Sale or discounted items.


All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST.  We accept Visa and Master Card.  Birdie + Co reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

Pre Sale

Collections may be released for pre sale, ie before the items are in store.  We will communicate this via our website and on your order correspondence.  Approximate delivery times will be provided, however Birdie + Co is not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control.  Customers will be informed of any delays by social media and email.  You will be charged in advance for your pre-sale unless otherwise agreed with us.  In the case of the supplier providing incomplete orders or different items, we will contact you to arrange a suitable solution.


Birdie + Co uses the app LAY-BUY  for customer layby's, which is an app designed for Shopify merchants, and is powered by PayPal.  We require a minimum layby amount of $100, with a 25% deposit, and with the balance to be finalised within 1 to 3 months (as per customer's preference).  Layby's exceeding this time without approval will be cancelled, with Birdie + Co retaining the deposit.  Customers will incur a 0.9% admin charge for each layby, payable to Lay-Buy.
